There are two committees assigned to developing the success of the 2010 Conference. They are:
1. Coordinating Committee
The key roles of this committee are to:
- select themes, sub-themes and conference streams
- advise on principles and key messages of the conference
- advise on style of conference presentations
- assist with selection of key note speakers
- assist with sponsorship avenues and approaches
- review and nominate future venues for conferences
2. Program Committee
The key roles of this committee are to:
- Call for papers
- Review abstracts
- Select papers
- Select chairpersons for each session
- Assist with selection of locations and structures for technical tours
