Important Information

•  The Late rate is payable after 24 October 2008 and payment is required before the conference.

•  Invoicing: Any request to be invoiced must be accompanied by a purchase order number.

•  Students: Must be in full-time education and not in receipt of a main occupational income and must attach evidence of their current status from their institution

•  Non Members can join PLA and register at the member rate at the same time.

•  Cancellation: Cancellations received in writing to the Parks and Leisure Australia National Office 45 days prior to the conference commencement date will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given after this date; however an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the PLA National Office.

•  Privacy Statement: Information provided on this form will be used to administer the conference including catering, transport and sponsorship. Data will remain the property of Parks and Leisure Australia.

•  Disclaimer: PLA 2008 National Conference, including the Conference organizers, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to the personal property as a result of PLA 2008 National Conference or related events.
